- The purpose of this position is to install, upgrade and connect all offered TWC services to residential subscriber homes in accordance with TWC guidelines and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Services include digital cable, high-speed data and digital phone.

- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of experience in electronics, CATV, telecommunications or related field preferred.
- Must have intermediate computer skills (i.e. internet navigation, some hardware and software installation, trouble shooting experience).
- Must be able to lift 65lbs.
- Ability to climb utility poles and ladders preferred.
- Must have map reading skills, knowledge of radio procedures and basic mathematics as well as the ability to communicate via email, two-way radio, and telephone.
- Applicants must have a good driving record with a valid Texas driver license.
- Cable-industry certifications preferred.
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with consumer home electronics required.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills a must.
- Previous outdoor work experience highly preferred.

- Have a valid driver's license, feel comfortable with towing (non-CDL) circumstances and be able to pass a DOT driving physical.
- Be able to test negative on a pre-employment drug test.
- Meet the criminal and MVR (driving record) background screening criteria.
Required Experience
- Maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet governmental regulations.
- 3-5 years experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment and fixtures using blueprints, schematics and sketches.
