5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
6. The ability to work independently as well as on a team
7. Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies
8. The ability to meet deadlines

This position provides timely and quality repairs of customers’ products while maintaining high customer service. Additionally, technicians promote and sell additional products and services that directly impact the profitability of the company.
We provide a service van, specialized tools, uniforms, laptop computer, cell telephone, and periodic training.
Must be at least 18 years with valid Driver License and clean record
Must be able to complete criminal and DMV reference check
Must be able to work Mondays-Saturdays, including evenings when needed
Direct appliance repair experience strongly preferred
EPA/CFC certification (if you want to be considered for HVAC/Refer)
Previous customer service and selling background preferred
Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs

Need full time maintenance person with rehab experience/skills to repair/maintain rental units in manufactured housing community. HVAC certification is necessary. Must have valid drivers license and vehicle. Possible housing available. Some travel to Seguin required. Must be responsible, conscientious, reliable, and safety conscience.
