What We're Looking For:
FM Pizza is hiring an experienced Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. This role requires prior hands-on pizza-making experience and the ability to maintain speed, consistency, and quality during service. Position Overview:
The Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to established standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. This position plays a key role in daily service and overall product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and portion standards
-Stretch and shape dough consistently for service
-Assemble pizzas accurately with proper topping balance and presentation
-Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently
-Manage multiple tickets during high-volume service
-Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment
-Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
-Communicate clearly with team members during service
-Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
-Previous pizza-making experience required (restaurant or food truck)
-Comfortable stretching dough and working the oven during service
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment
-Strong attention to detail and consistency
-Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
-Food handler certification or willingness to obtain
-Evening and weekend availability
