My mother had a shop in Bastrop and another in Smithville. She passed away about 8 years ago and now it's time to start selling off some of her items as they take up a lot of room as I refused to put them in storage. This is a framed print of the "Everlasting Sanctuary" by the very collectible artist Dalhart Windberg approx 23 1/2 x 19 1/2, heavy frame, nicely matted. If you do a google search, you'll see what people are trying to get on this My mother's inventory catalog say she had this in her shop for $185, then $200, followed by $145 after she was diagnosed with cancer and was trying to sell all her items from her shops . I'm low on this and will not be negotiating anything. If you're used to offering less, don't bother. If you look this up on eBay you'll see a current fixed price auction for $200, which is what my Mom had on it for a short period of time. Cash only, prefer to meet somewhere public
