* This job primarily is picking up litter in parking lot .and behind stores in Service Corridor.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general porter maintenance (trash pick-up) and possibly minor repairs at shopping
center exterior work
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Shifts are
5 am to 7 am Monday -Wednesday- Friday AND Sunday OR Night 9pm to 11 pm. Must be on property two hours.

Qualifications:
-Experience preferred or good eye for detail. Cant miss trash. Must be speedy as areas have time guidelines
- Strong skills with the ability to self supervise
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills and use of cell phone and photos if needed .
-Must be energetic and able to work in most weather conditions and must be reliable
-Ideally looking for long term employment
- Must have a truck
