We are currently searching for a Leasing Specialist who is self-motivated, organized, ambitious, outgoing, and energetic to join our team for the remainder of 2019 through January.
Duties may include (but are not limited to):
Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, schedule appointments, conduct property tours and promote attractive community features
Greet visitors (residents, future residents and internal team members)
Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property
Assist with hosting resident functions
Follow up with prospects after viewing homes or submitting applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prepare service requests
Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customer
Qualifications for a Leasing Agent preferred but not required-We are willing to train:
Previous experience in property management Tax Credit / Housing / Section 8 knowledge plus.
Property Management Software Knowledge, OneSite is a plus
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
Have dependable transportation to and from work
Familiarity with TAA apartment contracts and leases
Temporary Part-time position two days a week from 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (November2019-January2020)
