I'm renting my entire upstairs (3) bedrooms/full bath to one person. I will be remaining in the house as well.
Shared space will be gameroom (at top of stairs), laundry, kitchen, downstairs living area. The house backs up to a green space (been that way since 2018 since I bought the house) so no pesky neighbors invading your privacy. I have a garage and could possibly get you a garage space as well.
About me, male, work a 9 to 5 job, and when I get home I'm pretty much a hermit so you won't see me too often. The perfect roommate! About you, please have a job where you actually leave the house (preferred). My last 2 roommates stayed all day. Location is in Kyle TX, in the neighborhood close to Lehman High School
