This is a small room and the bathroom is shared but the rent includes all utilities. First month's rent and non-refundable deposit are due upon move-in.

Sunset Oaks is a quiet subdivision that is easily accessible from San Marcos, Buda, and Kyle. The house includes new GE appliances and in unit washer and dryer. Parking is on the street but is plentiful. Smoking is allowed outside and pets are not allowed. Only taking male applicants, no exceptions.

I am not home often so you will have the house to yourself most of the time. Only asking for a roommate who is responsible, respectful and tidy. I am interested to meet and see if it's a fit.
