Home is in a new subdivision in San Marcos. It’s conveniently located and close to the outlets, 10 minutes from downtown and Texas State University.
It will be me and my child in the home. Looking for one roommate.
We are friendly, clean, and chill. Asking for our roommate to be the same.
This would be a good arrangement for a mature college student or working professional etc.
