(2) Options for Broker Sponsorship
1. Be sponsored by the brokerage called REB365
2. Be the owner of a brokerage and be sponsored by it. (I act as the designated broker)

Option 1 with REB365 (Real Estate Brokerage 365)
• 100% commission for just $99 per month
• 100% commission for all transactions - sales, leases, apartment locating
• No Annual Fee, transaction fees, or any others - E&O is included
• BackAgent transaction software provided
• Broker sends CDAs and Invoices

Option 2 to Own a Brokerage
• You own the LLC Brokerage, so all costs are yours
• Your Branding
• Recruit Agents and set their commission splits
• 100% commission for all transactions. No split for me
• I serve as the designated broker, responsible for all agents in the brokerage.
• Your brokerage must have an E&O policy in order for TREC to issue the license.
• There is a paperwork process with TREC. I’ve done this many times and we’ll knock it out.
$175 per month for You (1st agent)
$75 per month for each additional agent you sponsor (invoiced to the brokerage/you)
DISCOUNT - When it's you and at least 4 agents (5) - goes down to $300 per mth and $50 for each additional agent after your 4th.

That's ALL we charge to sponsor YOUR company. NO setup fees, NO annual fee, NO broker splits, NO transaction fees ...

We can join any board in Texas if it is feasible so if your board is not listed, just let us know.
