We are seeking a motivated Chemistry & Engineering Technician to support laboratory testing, precision sensor assembly, and electronic device manufacturing. This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role that bridges chemistry, engineering, and light electro-mechanical work.
Ideal candidates enjoy electrochemical analysis, precision measurement, and solving technical challenges. Attention to detail and consistency are critical, particularly during sensor assembly where micrometer-level precision affects performance.
The right person is resourceful, curious, and comfortable wearing multiple hats—moving seamlessly between data collection, lab testing, assembling devices, troubleshooting, and supporting continuous improvement.
Laboratory Testing & Data
- Perform titrations, calibrations, and analytical measurements.
- Measure and document pH, ORP, and conductivity using calibrated instruments.
- Prepare and submit samples to external labs while maintaining accurate documentation.
Sensor & Device Assembly
- Assemble and test proprietary electrolysis devices and precision conductivity sensor systems.
- Perform wiring, routing, potting, labeling, and quality checks during sensor builds.
- Follow detailed SOPs to ensure consistent assembly and repeatable sensor performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized assembly area with accurate parts/inventory tracking.
Engineering Support
- Collaborate with engineering to evaluate test data and improve device/sensor performance.
- Assist with developing and improving SOPs, testing protocols, and documentation.
