Are you interested in working music festivals? W3 Event Specialists, the event staffing leader for over 20 years in the Austin area, is looking for motivated individuals to fill security positions for ACL, F1, Wicked Oaks and Venues throughout Austin . We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for Concertgoers, while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere. We are not Police.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience in security or Customer service roles preferred(not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work long hours, nights, and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor crowds and ensure the safety of festivalgoers
- Enforce festival or Venue policies and procedures
- Manage access control points and check credentials
- Assist with crowd control and crowd management
