We are expanding and looking for a full-time Assembler / Technician to join our team. This position will focus on assembling ArrowClean devices, and providing exceptional customer service during installations and service visits.

Position Overview:
✔ Full-time, hands-on assembler/technician
✔ Device & sensor assembly (electro-mechanical build)
✔ Customer-facing: service/install at client facilities
✔ Fast growth opportunity within a rapidly scaling company
Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)
Location: San Marcos, TX - Possible relocation to San Antonio or Dallas (on-site; travel required as needed)
Assembly / Production
- Assemble ArrowClean devices
- Install pumps, valves, fittings, wiring harnesses, and power supplies
- Basic wiring, crimping, and low-voltage electrical work
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure inventory accuracy
Field Service / Installation
- Install devices and water softeners at customer sites
- Troubleshoot systems (plumbing, sensors, electrical connections)
- Use a laptop to monitor diagnostics and record service notes
- Communicate clearly with customers on findings, next steps, and solutions

Preferred Skills & Experience:
(You don’t need all of these — willingness to learn is key.)
Mechanical / Electrical
- Mechanical assembly or appliance repair
- Plumbing (hoses, routing, fittings, leak testing)
- Low-voltage wiring (splicing, crimping, routing)
- Able to use a multimeter to troubleshoot (12VDC/24VDC)
Customer Service / Communication
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Professional and calm under pressure while troubleshooting
- Clear documentation and follow-up (service logs, notes, updates)
Computer / Documentation
- Comfortable with Word, Excel, and digital forms
- Ability to follow step-by-step instructions (including simple network settings)
- Good grammar and written communication
